The Australian National Amateur Wine and Beer Show is run jointly by The Blackwood Winemakers and Brewers Club and the Amateur Winemakers & Brewers Club of Adelaide.
The first ANAWBS competition was held in 1980 as part of the McLaren Vale Bushing Festival.
This is the 40th year the two clubs have hosted this competition.
ANAWBS offers the opportunity for all interested amateur winemakers and brewers to have their wines assessed by qualified judges and compared with the efforts of other amateurs from across Australia in an atmosphere of friendly competition.
Full details can be found on the ANAWBS web site.
